Invest time in your Future

The AIM Leadership Excellence Awards process may at first seem rigorous, however, it is not intended to be time-intensive. The time taken to prepare an application for such a prestigious award is time wisely invested, and is more than repaid by immense array of benefits experienced by the end of the Awards journey.

We understand that leaders of excellence are busy people, so if you are nominating an outstanding leader, please know you are not loading them with additional burden. In fact, after scanning the process involved, Nominees and Applicants will discover that investing time on their application could be the most productive time they will spend this year, and bring benefits to them, their business and the community in general.

Nominees in all other states will progress directly to State and then National finals.

Short listed applicants will be contacted with details of judging day and times. AIM will contact nominated referees and submit the reference check, along with application materials, to the panel of judges.

Regional Judging - Queensland Only

The Regional Finalists will be invited to attend a personal interview with a Judging Panel in their particular region.

In addition to getting to know applicants, the Judging Panel will ask a pre-determined set of questions relevant to each category.
